A certificate is issued for a course by the course owner or its academy — it isn't granted automatically. Only students approved on one of the course's lectures are eligible.

For tutors — issuing

• Open the course and go to its Certificates tab.
• Issuing and revoking are limited to the course owner or its academy; other tutors on the course can view who has certificates.
• Issue a certificate to any eligible student, or revoke one that was issued.

For students & parents — viewing

• Students see their certificates on the My Certificates page and on the Dashboard.
• Parents see their linked children's certificates on their own certificates page.
• Every certificate has a public link and a downloadable PDF you can share to prove it's genuine.
