Manage invoices and subscriptions
Review invoices and subscription payments by student or by lecture, and see who still owes.
Two ways to look things up
- By Student — pick a student to see every invoice and subscription payment across all your lectures with them, plus their outstanding balance.
- By Lecture — pick a course and lecture to see every invoice and subscription payment on it, for all students.
Balance
The balance shows what a student still owes: the total of their unpaid invoices. Paid invoices and completed subscription payments are shown for history but don't count against the balance.
Deleting an invoice
You can delete (cancel) an invoice only while it's still pending. Once an invoice has been paid it can't be deleted.
