Cancelling a subscription

You can turn off renewal for a tutor or academy subscription from Subscription management. Your account stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it won't renew.

Leaving a course or lecture

You can stop taking a free course or lecture at any time. For a paid one, leaving doesn't automatically refund what you paid — see below.

Requesting a refund

Payments for lectures and invoices go directly to the tutor or academy through PayPal, so refunds are handled with them. Contact the tutor first, or reach out to support if you can't resolve it.

• Have the invoice or order details ready so we can find the payment.
• A pending (unpaid) invoice can simply be left unpaid or cancelled by the tutor — there's nothing to refund.
